FIESTA RICE


Ingredients:

1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, sliced thinly
1/4 cup chopped PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
1 cup flaked and cooked tinapa meat
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 cups cooked rice
2 pc salted eggs, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in margarine.
  2. Add chorizo, bacon and half of the tinapa (reserve the rest for topping).
  3. Add soy sauce and rice then mix well.
  4. Top with reserved tinapa, salted eggs and spring onions before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
