FETTUCCINE CON TUNA


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (1 tbsp)
1 (90 g) pc white onion, chopped
1 (250 g) pack tomato sauce
2 (180 g each) cans tuna in water or in brine, drained
1 (62 g) pack powdered cream of mushroom soup, dissolved in 2 cups of hot water
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
300 grams fettuccine noodles, cooked according to package directions (about 6 cups)
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 (500 g) pack PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, cooked and chopped (about 1 cup)

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt margarine in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Add tomato sauce, tuna and cream of mushroom soup. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream, noodles, and half of cheese. Simmer for another 30 seconds then remove from fire.
  5. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crisp bacon. Bake until cheese melts. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
