EASY STAR PAELLA


Ingredients:

1 (100 g) tub STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 (50 g) pc onion
1/4 kg squid, sliced into 1" rings (include head, remove ink sac)
1/4 cup store-bought taba ng talangka
5 cups cooked rice
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
1 dozen quail eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/2 kg tahong, boiled
1/2 cup peas

Procedure:

  1. Heat margarine in a paellera then add garlic. When brown, add onion and cook until tender.
  2. Add squid and cook until almost tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Serve on a platter then top with eggs, tahong, with shells and peas.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
