DEVILED EGGS WITH BACON BITS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, fried
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boiled and peeled
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 (2.5 g) stalk green onion, chopped (1 tsp)

Procedure:

  1. Slice eggs in half and scoop out yolks.
  2. Mash yolks and blend with mayonnaise, salt and cayenne pepper. Fold in bacon crumble.
  3. Scoop or pipe yolk back to the sliced egg white. Topped with bacon bits and spring onion.

Makes 5 servings.
