CRUNCHY PIZZA ROLLS


Ingredients:

10 pc loaf bread slices
1 cup cubed PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
2 cups cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over bread and place a few of the cubed ham and cheese Roll bread to make a log. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  2. Dip bread rolls in eggs then coat with breadcrumbs. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Fry in hot oil until slightly golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve.

Makes 10 servings.
