CRISPY PATA CON SETAS


Ingredients:

1 pack PUREFOODS CRISPY PATA, deep fried
1(150 g) pack PUREFOODS BACON CLASSIC HONEYCURED, sliced
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1(150 g) pc onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1(50 g) stalk celery, chopped
1/2 tbsp thyme
4(50 g each) pc tomato, sliced
1(70 g) pack white beans, soaked in water overnight then boiled until tender

Procedure:

  1. Slice crispy pata into serving pieces. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Sauté bacon and butter for 2 minutes then over high heat, add onion, garlic, celery, thyme and tomatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the white beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Arrange tomato bean mixture the center of the serving plate then top with sliced crispy pata. Serve.
Makes 5 servings.
