CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions

Sauce:

1 (32 g) bunch parsley, chopped (1 cup)
1 (18 g) bunch cilantro (wansoy), chopped (1/4 cup)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 (1 g) tsp chili pepper flakes
1 (60 g) pc onion, minced
1 tbsp cane vinegar
2 (17 g) pc calamansi, juice squeezed (2 tsp)
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
1-1/2 cups olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients or blend in a food processor. Serve with chicken.

Makes 8-10 servings.

Tip/s:

  • Revive herbs that are starting to wilt in very cold water.
