Crispy Eggs


  1. Preheat oven at 375°F.
  2. Brush wonton wrappers with margarine. Place every 2 wrappers in each muffin cup. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Filling: Beat eggs in a bowl. Heat butter in a pan, add eggs and stir gently until it begins to set. Remove from heat and stir in ham, parsley and cream.
  4. Just before serving, spoon mixture into wonton baskets and sprinkle with cheese. Heat in the oven until cheese melts.

Makes 3-4 servings.
