CRISPY EGGS


Ingredients:

30 pc wonton wrappers
2-1/2 tbsp melted DARI CRÈME CLASSIC

Filling

6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
4 pc PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2-1/2 tbsp MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven at 375°F.
  2. Brush wonton wrappers with margarine. Place every 2 wrappers in each muffin cup. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Filling: Beat eggs in a bowl. Heat butter in a pan, add eggs and stir gently until it begins to set. Remove from heat and stir in ham, parsley and milk.
  4. Just before serving, spoon mixture into wonton baskets and sprinkle with cheese. Heat in the oven until cheese melts.

Makes 5 servings.
