CREAMY CHICKEN RED CURRY SOUP


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup corn kernels, drained
1 (180 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH
1 (4 cups) L water
1/2 cup sili leaves
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic, then add corn kernels and chicken.
  2. Pour water and allow to boil. Add sili leaves and red curry paste and let simmer.
  3. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 5 servings.
