Creamy Carbonara


  1. In a pan over low heat, cook bacon until crispy and fat has rendered. Set aside bacon.
  2. In the same pan with bacon oil, sauté garlic for a minute and add mushrooms.
  3. Add milk and bring to simmer. Slowly pour in cream and season with pepper.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated. Turn off heat.
  5. Top with cheese and parsley.
