CORNED BEEF PASTA


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (52 g) head garlic, minced
1 (380 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
200 grams tomatoes, diced (about 1 cup)
1 (500 g) pack spaghetti sauce
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 (500 g) pack spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Sauté garlic, corned beef and tomatoes in oil. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
  2. Toss in pasta. Transfer to platter and top with cheese before serving.

Makes 10-12 servings.
