CORNED BEEF EMBUTIDO


Ingredients:

1 (380 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, slightly beaten
1 (40 g) pc onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1/2 (45 g) pc carrot, chopped (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp pickle relish
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, minced
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in foil and roll. Seal both ends and chill for an hour.
  3. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Serve or option to fry before until golden brown

Makes 5 servings.
