CORNED BEEF AND CRAB RELLENO


Ingredients:

1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
2 cups + 2 tbsp cooking oil
3 pc large crabs, boiled, shelled and meat removed (keep crab shells)
1 (100 g) pc carrot, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beat 1 egg in a separate container
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onion and corned beef in 2 tbsp oil. Set aside.
  2. Add crab meat, carrot, bread crumbs and 1 pc egg. Season with pepper.
  3. Fill crab shells with mixture. Dip in beaten egg.
  4. Deep-fry in 2 cups oil until golden brown.

Makes 3 pieces.
