ICE CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES


Ingredients:

2 pc store-bought chocolate muffins
1 tsp cocoa powder for dusting
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM, chilled and whipped
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC CHOCOLATE

Procedure:

  1. Scoop out the middle part of the muffins.
  2. Replace it with a scoop of ice cream.
  3. Top with whipped cream then dust with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
