COFFEE CRUMBLE FUDGE PIE


Ingredients:

3 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
1/2 cup store-bought chocolate fudge
3 tbsp chopped almonds
1 (750 mL) pint MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES COFFEE CRUMBLE, softened

Garnish

extra chocolate fudge
extra chopped almonds

Procedure:

  1. Combine graham and butter. Press half of the mixture onto a 9” removable bottom pan. Chill for 10 minutes or until crust hardens.
  2. Spread fudge evenly on the crust and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Pour ice cream into the pan and place in the freezer for an hour. Top with remaining graham mixture.
  3. Freeze for at least 24 hours. Garnish with chocolate fudge and chopped almonds before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
