COCONUT MACAROONS


Ingredients:

4 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 (300 mL) can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, melted

Procedure:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350°F
  2. Line mini cupcake pans (3 trays) with mini cupcake liners. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients together. Scoop into prepared pans and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before serving.

Makes 36 pieces
