CHORIZO AND EGG FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, chopped
1 (52 g) head garlic, minced or crushed finely
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
6 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 stalk green onions, chopped
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, fry chorizo in its own oil. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, saute garlic until sticky. Add chorizo. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Cook until almost set then scramble.
  3. Add rice, soy sauce and green onions. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Makes 8 servings.
