CHORIZO AND GARBANZOS


Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
1 (210g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, sliced diagonally
1 (225g) cup boiled garbanzos
1/4 cup sliced mixed bell peppers
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté chorizo. Mix in garbanzos and bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Makes 5 serving.
