CHOCOLATE SAUCE


Ingredients:

2 (250 mL each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream and chocolate. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. If using a stove, place cream in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Take off the heat and pour into the chocolate. Wait for 10 seconds and stir until uniform in color and smooth.
  2. Add oil and mix well. Use immediately or cool down before use.

Makes 32 servings

Yield: 2 cups/ 1 tbsp per serving
