MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (250 mL)
MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled and whipped
mint leaves for garnish
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press onto a 9” round pan. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese at low speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat at low speed for another 30 seconds. Add eggs one at a time with 30 seconds interval in between each addition. Add sour cream and the vanilla. Fold in flour then chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
Bake in a baine-marie* for about 55 minutes or until firm on the sides but still soft in the center.
Let cool before removing from pan. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
