CHOCOLAIT PUDDING WITH STRAWBERRIES


Ingredients:

1 (1 L) pack MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled overnight and whipped to soft peak stage
6 (48 g) pc strawberries, sliced vertically without cutting the ends for garnish
6 pc mint leaves

Procedure:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine 3 cups Chocolait and sugar. Let simmer.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining Chocolait. Pour into saucepan. Continue to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
  3. Pour into individual glass/ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  4. Top pudding cups with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and mint.

Makes 6 servings

(Yield: 4 cups mixture/2/3 cup per serving)
