CHOCOLAIT BANANA FRITTERS


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1-1/3 cups MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts
6 pc lakatan bananas (ripe but firm), sliced into rounds 1" thick
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups cooking oil for deep-frying
1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake mix with Chocolait. Add cashew then mix well.
  2. Dredge bananas in flour then dip in pancake batter. Deep fry until cooked through.
  3. Arrange in a platter. Dust with cocoa powder. 

Makes 6 servings. 

Tip: Serve with ice cream.
