CHILI GARLIC CORNED BEEF WITH BOILED POTATOES


Ingredients:

4 pc medium-sized potatoes, skin on, quartered lengthwise
1 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (30 g) pc onion, minced
g cloves garlic, minced
1 (30 g) pc red bell pepper, chopped
1 (30 g) pc green bell pepper, chopped
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF CHILI GARLIC
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1 (15 g) stalk green onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Boil potatoes in water with salt and pepper for 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and saute onion and garlic. When onion is almost tender, add the bell peppers.
  3. Add corned beef and saute for 3 minutes. Turn off heat.
  4. On a platter, arrange cooked potatoes. Top with corned beef mixture and . drizzle with cheese spread. Top with green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
