CHILI GARLIC ARROZ CALDO


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHILI CORNED BEEF
1 cup malagkit rice
6 cups water
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Topping

2 tbsp chopped green onions
2 tbsp fried garlic
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boiled and sliced

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, heat oil and sauté garlic, onions and ginger.
  2. Add corned beef and rice then pour in water. Boil then simmer, covered stirring occasionally until rice is cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve topped with green onions, garlic and egg slices.
Makes 3-4 servings.
