CHILI DOG


Ingredients:

4 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS JUMBO, thawed
cooking oil for frying
4 pc hotdog buns
1/2 cup store bought chili con carne, reheated
1/4 cup chopped white onion

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry hotdogs in oil over moderate heat until bright red in color (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, heat hotdog buns in the oven or toaster oven.
  3. Split buns and place hotdogs.
  4. Top with chili con carne and chopped onions.
