CHICKEN TOCINO

Ingredients:

4 tsp iodized fine salt
1 cup sugar
2/3 tsp pepper
1/8 cup minced garlic
1 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREASTS, deboned
cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Mix salt, sugar, pepper and garlic. Set aside.
  2. In a deep bowl, place cubed chicken and rub mixture onto chicken. Mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken overnight covered in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat oil, then fry chicken. Serve.
