CHICKEN OATMEAL CONGEE
|| quick cooking oatmeal
|| chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 2 cups water
|| iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
|1 (150 g)
|| PUREFOODS SHREDDED CHICKEN IN BROTH
|| chopped green onions
|| toasted garlic
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
- In a saucepan, combine oatmeal and chicken stock. Let boil and cook until oats are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into serving bowls and top with chicken. Garnish with green onions and toasted garlic.
