CHICKEN, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CHICKEN BREAST FILLETS
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
2 cups sliced assorted mushrooms (shiitake, abalone, oyster, button)
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Pound breast fillets into thin pieces. Add 1 tbsp garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pan grill chicken over moderate heat until cooked through. Place on a baking dish and set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a pan, heat remaining olive oil then sauté remaining garlic and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture on top of chicken.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
