CHICKEN AND ROASTED BELL PEPPERS PASTA


Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED CHICKEN, drained
40 g fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced (1/2 cup)
1 (50 g) pc green bell pepper, roasted then sliced
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, roasted then sliced
400 g spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili flakes
75 g MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, grated (1/4 cup)

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, chicken, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Add spaghetti noodles and cook for another 3 minutes.
  2. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Top with cheese before serving.

Makes 4-5 servings.
