CHICKEN AND CHEESE VEGETABLE CREAM PENNE

Ingredients:

1/4	cup	MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
1-1/2	tbsp	olive oil
2	tbsp	chopped onions
1/4	cup	thinly-sliced carrots
1/4	cup	broccoli florettes
1/4	cup	cauliflower
1/4	cup	MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4	cup	MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/2	cup	grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
300	grams	cooked penne
1 (200 grams)	pack	PUREFOODS CHICKEN AND CHEESE NUGGETS, deep-fried

Procedure:

In a sauce pan, melt Butter-licious! with olive oil. Sauté onions, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Add flour and milk. Simmer until slightly thick.
Add grated cheese. Toss penne in sauce mixture. Put into a baking dish and top with chicken nuggets.

Makes 3-4 servings.
