CHICKEN AFRITADA


Ingredients:

1 pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY TOMATO
2 tbsp cooking oil
1-1/2 cups water
1 (155 g) can green peas, drained
1 (100 g) pc potato, peeled then quartered
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, cut into strips
red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 tsp patis
1 pc laurel

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, brown chicken in hot oil.
  2. Pour water. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables, patis and laurel.

Makes 4-5 servings.
