CHICK 'N CHEESE CROQUETTES



Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY CHICK 'N CHEESE HOTDOGS, each piece cut into 4
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (for dredging)
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
3 cups cooking oil, for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. Combine cream, cheese and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  2. Wrap hotdogs with mashed potato mixture. Dip in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Cool before serving. 

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
