Cheezee Vegetable Rice


  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan. Sauté onion and garlic. Add cooked rice. Stir in cheese. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. To prepare stir-fried vegetables, heat butter in a pan, add beans, carrots, corn and salt. Sauté on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir sautéed vegetables in cheese-rice mixture. Serve hot.

Makes 2-3 servings.

Tip: For a good rice texture, use cold or day-old rice. Newly cooked or hot rice can result to soggy fried rice.
