Cheesy Mashed Potato

Procedure:

  1. Boil potatoes in water until fork tender. Peel and mash.
  2. Combine mashed potato with milk, cheese, paprika and butter until soft and smooth. Season  with salt and pepper and arrange in a platter.
  3. Make a dent at the center and fill with green peas.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
