CHEESY MASHED POTATO


Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes, washed
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Boil potatoes in water until fork tender. Peel and mash.
  2. Combine mashed potato with milk, cheese, butter and paprika until soft and smooth. Season  with salt and pepper and arrange in a platter.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
