CHEESY FIESTA HAM OMELETTE

|| PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, chopped
|| sliced mushrooms
|| MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
|| MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
- In a pan, sauté margarine, ham and mushrooms together. Set aside.
- Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan, cook for 5 minutes under low heat or until mixture is cooked. Make 2 egg crepes.
- Place half of the filling on one side of an egg crepe. Fold eggs to make an omelette. Repeat procedure with the rest of the ingredients.
Makes 2 servings.
