CHEESE FUDGE


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and cheese. Sift together sugar and cocoa powder then to the cheese mixture. Add vanilla and nuts.
  2. Grease a square pan and press the mixture into the pan. Cool and form into little balls. Place in small paper cup liners.

Makes about 3 dozens.
