CARROT PIZZOOKIE


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1 tbsp sugar
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1 (200g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp grated carrots
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
2 tbsp white chocolate chips
2 tbsp candy sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. Brush one (6 inches) round baking pan with butter. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and fold in pancake mix, cinnamon, and grated carrots.
  3. Bake in an oven toaster for 15 minutes.
  4. Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese on cake surface leaving 1/2 border on the sides.
  5. Sprinkle with half of white chocolate chips and half of candy sprinkles.

Makes 6 servings
