BROWNIE CHOCOLATE POPS


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 cup cocoa powder
6 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cooking oil
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
2 cups sugar
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, sifted

Coating

1/4 kg dark bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 cup assorted candy sprinkles
30 pc small popsicle sticks

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Once melted, add cocoa powder, maple syrup and oil. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light in color. Add cocoa mixture and sifted flour. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Dip popsicle stick tips in melted chocolate and slide into brownie halfway. Coat brownies with melted chocolate evenly. Decorate with desired candy sprinkles.

Makes 30 servings.
