BREAKFAST PANCAKES


Ingredients:

1 (480 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp water

Choice of Mix-ins:

6 slices PUREFOODS CHICKEN HAM, cubed or chopped
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
6 pc PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED, fried then cut
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Procedure:

  1. Mix every every pack of Pancake Plus with 3/4 cup +1 tbsp water until free from big lumps.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto heated pan brushed with oil and add your choice of mix-in while cooking. When edges look dry. Turn pancakes once and cook until golden brown.
  3. Serve warm with pancake syrup.
*For Cheezee Squeeze mix-in: mix with batter but squeeze extra Cheezee Squeeze on top of pancakes. Makes 16 servings. Homefoodie tip:
  • Do not overmix pancake batter so that it will be fluffy.
