BREAKFAST CASSEROLE MUFFINS


Ingredients:

1/2 tsp pepper
3-4 slice PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Pre heat oven to 380˚F. Grease muffin tins. Set aside.
  2. Fill muffin tins with bread pieces about 2/3 full. Sprinkle ham pieces and cheese evenly in each tin.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture evenly in each muffin tin.
  4. Sprinkle a little parsley on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
