BREADED PRITONG PINOY


Ingredients:

1 pack PUREFOODS PRITONG PINOY TAPA
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
cooking oil, for frying
2/3 cup thick teriyaki sauce (store-bought)

Procedure:

  1. Coat Purefoods Pritong Pinoy Tapa with flour, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  2. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with teriyaki sauce.
  Makes 6 servings.
