BRAISED CHICKEN VIENNA AND VEGETABLES


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
1 pc onion, chopped
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced singkamas
1 cup green peas
10 pc quail eggs, hard boiled then shells peeled
1 (230 grams) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN VIENNA SAUSAGE each piece cut into 4 (reserve broth)
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine In a pan and sauté onion. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add singkamas, green peas and quail eggs.
  2. Pour sausage broth and water. Let simmer then add sausage. Thicken with cornstarch mixture (cornstarch dissolved in water). Cook until vegetables are tender.
Makes 5-6 servings.
