BEEF AND MUSHROOM MUFFINS


Ingredients:

8 pc store bought muffins
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 (100 g) pc white onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, slivered
1 (425 g) can button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained or fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 kg MONTEREY BEEF BRISKET, diced and boiled until tender
2 (250 ml each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Hollow out the center of each muffin enough to leave a cavity to hold the meat mixture. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and saute onion and garlic.
  3. Add mushrooms, beef, cream, cheese and parsley. Simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Place every 2 tbsp of beef mixture in the center of each muffin. Serve hot.

Makes 8 servings.
