BEEF AND MUSHROOM MUFFINS


Ingredients:

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 (100g) pc white onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, slivered
500 g MONTEREY BEEF BRISKET, diced and boiled until tender
2 (250 ml each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
8 pc muffins, store bought

Procedure:

  1. Hallow out center of the mouth.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and saute onion and garlic.
  3. Add mushroom, beef, cream, cheese and parsly.  Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Place 2 tbsp of beef mixture in the center of each muffin.  Repeat procedure on the remaining muffin.  Serve hot.

Makes 8 servings.
