Barbecued Franks With Caramelized Onions


  1. Sauté onions in oil over medium heat. Add balsamic vinegar and sprinkle sugar over onions.
  2. Caramelize onions for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  3. Grill franks for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sandwich in baguettes then top with caramelized onions, mustard and some parsley. Serve while hot.

Makes 6 servings.
