BARBECUE HOTDOG STEW


Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 (100 g) pc red onion, quartered
5 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS JUMBO, sliced
1 (180 g) pc green bell pepper, chopped
1 (400 g) can garbanzos, drained
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups water
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion, hotdogs and bell pepper.
  2. Add garbanzos and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add barbecue sauce and water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture.
Make 5 servings.
