BAKED SARDINES MELT


Ingredients:

1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 (8 oz.) bottle spicy sardines in oil, drained and flaked
1 pc salad tomato, sliced
4 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
4 pc large pandesal, halved

Procedure:

  1. Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise to the pieces of pandesal.
  2. Place equal amounts of sardines in pandesal halves.
  3. Add a slice of tomato on top of the fish and top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake in an oven toaster over medium setting until cheese melts and the bread is toasted.
Makes 4 servings.
