BAKED MACARONI SUPREME


Ingredients:

1/2 kg elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
2 (185 g each) packs MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Sauce

1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTERCUP
2 cups boiled and flaked, MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREASTS
1 cup finely chopped salami
1/3 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/3 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth*

* 1pc chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Mix with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a rectangular baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese melts.

Makes 10 servings.
