BACON AND MUSHROOM A LA POBRE


Ingredients:

1 (250g) pack PUREFOODS THICK CUT BACON HONEYCURED, sliced 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (400g) pack sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/8 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and liquid seasoning. Mix in bacon and season with salt and chili flakes.

Makes 4-5 servings.
