BACON MAPLE BIBINGKA


Ingredients:

1 pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut cream
1/4 cup bacon, fried and set aside the oil from fat
banana leaves, heat through, one flame each leaf

Procedure:

  1. Combine Pancake Plus and coconut cream and mix until smooth. Add maple syrup from pack and half of the fried bacon and mix again.
  2. Line a skillet or a small saute pan with heated banana leaf and brush with oil from the fried bacon. Pour mixture on skillet and sprinkle with remaining bacon. Cook over very low heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Finish it off by browning the surface in the oven or oven toaster for another 10 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings.
